What is PTSD in the workplace? PTSD is the acronym for the mental health disorder “Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder”. According to the NHS, “Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is an anxiety disorder caused by very stressful, frightening or distressing events.
