“Working for Nivati for the last 6 years has been incredibly rewarding, and I have learned so much from Amelia as we have grown rapidly. Amelia is one of a kind. She’s strong, passionate, driven, and is a motivating leader who also takes direction from her mentors beautifully. Nivati has changed my life for the better in so many ways. I am proud to have been here to experience its maturity from a mere 3 employees into what it is today with over 1,000 employees, and it still maintains the character and values it did from the beginning. That is because Amelia is a wonderful leader and has built an amazing team. I love Nivati!”—Stephanie Selcho

8. February 2015—We hired our first full-time employee, who is still working with us now!
